With a career spanning nearly 20 years in the industry, Melissa has deep experience in data, technology, and media alike, giving her a unique and future-forward perspective to the media space. Data and performance focused by trade, but a brand storyteller at heart, Melissa is known for creating new possibilities using data and technology to make creative and media dollars go further and have greater impact.

Nadalie is a media leader with over 15 years of experiencing spanning across every part of the media journey on both the agency and brand side. Her deep expertise in precision and activation, helps her collaborate with clients to leverage media as a growth accelerator and bridge the communication gap across the pharmaceutical space.

I will use my technical expertise to draw a clear narrative that allows us to protect the base, while growing audiences across patient categories and HCPs.

Sebastien is a leader in data and technology, who has contributed to the transformation of OMG into a data-first media agency by delivering high value engagements in data, analytics, and technology, rooted in driving incremental outcomes for clients. During his time at Omnicom, he has helped unlock the power of Omni for clients across industries and currently leads a team of 200+ data and technology specialists across 5 disciplines: audience analytics, measurement and business analytics, data operations, data science and technology consulting.

Christina is responsible for advancing digital and data products that help clients communicate, manage digital, and innovate smarter. Christina has partnered with global pharmaceutical companies helping guide data strategy, channel optimization, operational efficiencies, and analytics solutions. She has deep experience in healthcare, having worked with many clients across the provider and life sciences verticals, including launching brands in the cardiovascular, oncology, women’s health, and diagnostics.

Kristen is passionate about leading brands and agencies on their journeys to digital transformation. By collaborating and strategizing with multi-disciplinary teams (creative, strategy, media, data/analytics, and programmatic buying teams), Kristen has orchestrated full-funnel personalization paths and delivered some of the best omni-channel consumer experiences brands can provide their customers.

Katie leads Business Operations and has over 14 years of experience within Omnicom Media Group. She works across all departments to improve the productivity of the business and oversees operational management nationally. Katie has the experience and expertise to spearhead business transitions, focusing on talent operations to ensure the team is structured to the needs of the client and can seamlessly partner across departments to ensure a smooth transition.

I will define the conditions and ways of working across the Amgen portfolio, consistently innovating and iterating the ways we work to meet the evolving needs of your team. My goal is to eradicate redundancies in workflow, increasing the strategic value between every touch point.
